3-PART SHELL DESIGN
All Deeluxe hardboots consist of a three-part shell design with lower shell, colar and flextongue. Advantages of this design are a free, progressive forward flex, convenient stepping in and out and the possibility to change by simply replacing the tongue.
LINER TECHNOLOGY
Deeluxe liners are designed for best heel support and optimal force transmission. There are two new systems: The tongue design for Track 700 as well as the wrap design Track 325, Free 69 and 225.
5-STEP FORWARD LEAN MECHANISM
This mechanism provides a maximum of comfort and adjustment possibilities. Five forward lean positions are easily adjustable, additionally there is a walk mode and a freeride mode, allowing a free flex between the positions 3 and 5.
SPRING FORWARD LEAN MECHANISM
This mechanism is continuously adjustable in hardness and forward lean angle. The spring achieves a progressive forward pressurization. Force peaks at the backside are reduced by an elastomere. The mechanism is adjusted into the desired position and progression by a screw. It can be easliy exchanged with the mechanism on the boot.
ADAPTED BUCK LE SYSTEM
An adapted closing system of the enitre Track line provides numerous advantages, such as the improved force transmission when closing the hardboot and finer control of the closing force by the microadjustability of the buckles, but also a more rigid buckle design and a stronger locking force to make sure that buckles can’t open during the ride. Nevertheless, to ensure a free flex of the boot, the tongue is fixed by a cable.
Upper Technology:
